2014 EOA Annual Conference
The Annual Conference was held on Thursday 22 May 2014 at PwC in Sydney. The program explored employee ownership in Australia with reference to company stories in Australia and internationally. This year we asked companies to tell their stories and it will be a panel discussion program that ran for the afternoon only.
2013 EOA Annual Conference
The 2013 EOA Annual Conference, “Productivity and engagement: Sharing success through employee ownership” explored employee ownership in Australia with reference to key international trends (the UK and US).

Graeme Nuttall, advisor to the UK Government
Graeme Nuttall, is the Head of Tax and Equity Incentives at European law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP. On 8 February 2012 he was appointed the Government’s independent adviser on employee ownership and produced the Nuttall Review.
Loren Rodgers, CEO of NCEO
Loren Rodgers of the National Centre for Employee Ownership in the US. Loren is the Executive Director at the National Center for Employee Ownership, his entire professional career is in the field of employee ownership. Before the NCEO, he worked as a management consultant for 10 years at Ownership Associates and in both jobs he has been an active writer in applied and academic publications, a frequent speaker, and a researcher. I have consulted with all types of employee ownership companies.
